He started his career in various marketing functions in the drinks and fashion industry and has learned the tricks of global branding while working for Heineken and Camel . Has held senior vice president positions at Synovate Censydiam

Paul Roedig
Out-and-out marketer with 15+ years of line management experience who thrives on everything even remotely smelling of innovation.
His working life starts even before graduating from the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University Rotterdam) with a master's degree in Business Administration by taking over & eventually selling the family business, after which he embarks on an extensive six year-marketing career with Kraft Foods, where he launches a new food brand, re-positions Holland's (then) largest confectionary brand & introduces several successful innovations (which are still standing today).
Following his passion for international branding he then moves to Friesland Foods, where he sets the future marketing agenda for Friesland's entire international consumer products' business and creates the new brand positioning for the Asian region as Marketing Director Asia-Pacific.
Next to indulging himself in a truly innovative setting as responsible for the marketing and R&D of Friesland's worldwide enhanced nutrition & baby foods business, he also manages to transform Sadafco, one of Saudi's largest food companies, into a professional, consumer-driven marketing machine.
He has worked and lived in the Middle East, China & Europe and can additionally boast a vast marketing experience in Asia, Africa and Latin America in categories like dairy, snacks, juices, confectionary, baby food, sauces, nutritionally enhanced foods & ready meals.
In between sailing, skiing and looting his bank account for cabrios & hifi-equipment, he enables both BtC- and BtB-companies to achieve measurable top-line growth by consulting them on their branding- and innovation-activities & strategies.

Emmanuel Verhagen
SDA Bocconi alumnus with over 15 years of experience in consulting and research.
His career started in market research building a local agency and serving blue chip clients such as Unilever. After his MBA, he moved in HR consulting, managing the international division of a recruiting agency (EMDS) and assisting clients such as Philips CE to develop strategies in dealing with the War for Talent. His passion for technology and people brought him to take charge of the local development of a leading eBusiness consultancy (CTP, currently part of Novell). Being aware that people are key to understanding CRM applications, he joined Censydiam, where he structured the global psychometric operations before focussing on prime accounts such as P&G in the US, Nokia in the emerging markets and Carat across the globe.
Furthermore, he's Faculty Fellow of the Brussels University and in finds his inspiration sailing the high seas and perfectng the art of fencing.

Michel Ballings
Born in 1983, Michel joined Psilogy in 2008. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Leuven University College and a master's degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship from University College Brussels (HUBrussel). In 2008 Michel started a four year Ph.D. programme in Applied Economics at Ghent University which he pairs with his work at Psilogy. Prior to joining the company he also studied in Málaga and Namur and completed an internship at !nBev (now ABInBev). Also, he cooperated with the latter on his master thesis. A combination of academics and business will be his operating environment for the years to come.

Ann Steyaert
She travelled around the world analyzing and understanding people in all kinds of cultures, ages and sizes. She tasted all kinds of intestines, weird animals and raw animals ... for the sake of being able to truly connect and immerse.
Nowadays however her focus is on women ... marketing for and by women, womanagement in life, in companies, at home and out of home. She looks at everything that makes a woman, and analyses that marketing for women is actually just marketing for all human beings.

Glenda Van Herteryck
Glenda Van Herteryck born in 1987, is recently following an internship at Psilogy during her studies "interactive communication manager" at the Catholic college of Mechelen. She holds already a master degree Communication Science at the Catholic University of Leuven. Furthermore, her master thesis treats gamers and the latest game consoles in Flanders. Also her specialties and interests are social media, gaming and user-friendly websites.
