Philip gave a workshop web 2.0 and a Pecha Kucha speech in Montréal at the ESOMAR global conference Frontiers, in both sessions highlighting how close we are getting to a state of virtual intimacy that starts to feel real.

Starting from the basics in web 2.0 marketing and marketing research he elaborates how all the good technology brings is going to make life better.  Where some people may say indeed :  'Google makes deep reading impossible. Media changes. Our brains' wiring changes too. Computers think for us, flattening our intelligence. '  (the twitter version of a 4516 word article from Threeminds ) ,we @psilogy profoundly belief that technology will enable a world in which products and services are seamlessly adapted to the whims of the user.

Intuitive Response Systems (IRS), integrated product and brand portfolio development tools, embedding in CRM systems, Iris scanning & fingerprint recognition on mobile devices, web 3.0 mash ups and the ubiquitus web transparency will drive marketing and product development to a stage where it is no longer about accumulating individuals' desires to the lowest common denominator but where marketing is 'a participatory activity that enhances life quality'.

Bold statements. We know. But we believe everyone ultimately has the right to live in a constant state of happiness.
