Psilogy's strategy practice is aimed at co-developing your market-driven mid- and long-term ambitions. In this process we take the position of your customer, starting from their raison d'être, to adapt your thinking (consumer language and target definition), systems (KPI definition, Balanced Scorecard initiatives...) and - if need be - structures (team coaching & organizational change).
